I was recently asked to create a women's activewear range that could be worn for any fitness activity/sports. The target market was females aged 18-35, so I wanted to make sure it looked modern and fashionable but was also still fit for purpose. The colour palette I have used was selected from AW18/19 colours and I feel they compliment each other well, bringing a new dimension to the designs, and allowing the consumer to mix and match her outfits as she pleases. After I had created the collection I went on to create the tech packs for each garment so the client could send these directly to their manufacturer.
